Over the years I have managed multiple businesses from contracting to tech companies, and today as a business owner myself, I deal with the everyday finances and general interests of the business, exactly the way you do. I’m sure you’ve heard the expression “I’ve been in your shoes” and as cliché as that may sound, it is true. The Point is… I totally understand and completely get it, but I also realized I cannot do it alone, especially if I wanted to grow my business, and perhaps more importantly, to protect it. Now I know that I can rely on my decision to leverage certain tasks to other people; in doing so, I am also leveraging the knowledge and trust of others who can do the job a lot better than I can.
